Michael Shahnasarian, Ph.D., founded Career Consultants of America, Inc., (CCA) on May 20, 1986. Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, the practice has since been providing services throughout North America and worldwide.

Along with nearly 40 years of experience in vocational rehabilitation psychology, Dr. Shahnasarian's publications include approximately 70 articles, book chapters and monographs, and 13 books.

Dr. Dillahunt has worked in the field of vocational rehabilitation since 2001. She is a tenured full Professor in the Department of Child and Family Studies, Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling program in the College of Behavioral and Community Sciences at the University of South Florida.
