Michael Shahnasarian, Ph.D., founded Career Consultants of America, Inc., (CCA) on May 20, 1986. Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, the practice has since been providing services throughout North America and worldwide.

Integrity, application of state-of-the-art science and best practices, and professionalism – these ideals have hallmarked CCA’s aim to offer the highest quality services the profession offers. Service, research, and training have been the bedrock on which CCA established its practice more than 35 years ago.

Along with nearly 40 years of experience in vocational rehabilitation psychology, Dr. Shahnasarian's publications include approximately 70 articles, book chapters and monographs, and 13 books.

Deborah A. Navarro is a certified rehabilitation counselor and life care planner who has worked in the private rehabilitation field for nearly 10 years.
